This recipe requires ONLY strawberries – and it makes the yummiest snack. I love making a few trays of these strawberry chips at once to keep in the pantry for when the sweet tooth hits!
They also make a delicious addition to grazing boards, as well as the cutest cupcake toppers!
- Wash as many strawberries as desired. Slice all of the strawberries to around 1/8 of an inch thick.
- Place strawberries on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 200 degrees for around 2 hours. Gently peel strawberries off paper and flip them over, bake for another 45 mins or until dried. Check regularly, some may dry faster than others - if this happens remove the dried strawberries and continue to bake the remaining.
