  • Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl whisk together almond flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, chocolate chips, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  • In a separate bowl mix the egg, almond butter, maple syrup and vanilla until well combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and blend until combined. Form batter into 16 balls and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
