  • In a medium sized bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth. Add icing sugar and continue blending.
  • While mixture is blending, microwave the chocolate chips in short increments until melted and smooth. Pour into the cream cheese mixture and continue to blend.
  • Refrigerate the batter for 20 minutes, then roll into balls.

  • In a small bowl, whisk cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. Using a spoon or a piping bag, drizzle the frosting over the truffles. Top with a sprinkle of crushed candy canes and enjoy!
